Through these efforts a beautiful Bracken Magnolia was planted near the main entrance of the campus with the plaque shown above.  In April, 2021, the newly planted tree was just getting established.  By May, 2022, it had grown significantly and was now displaying a number of fragrant blooms.  What a great way to remember Patrick and I hope you have a chance to visit the tree and reflect on his life the next time you&#8217;re on the campus.  It will get even more beautiful as it grows.
